The G4G utility tokens will be introduced to the market in stages, under projected pools in years 2021 – 2035, under the policy of COINNTECH. At the same time, the Issuer assumes that the funds obtained from the issue will be used as intended – that is, in the case of the establishment of an investment fund to finance the development and commercialization of innovative projects of high economic and / or social importance. Therefore, each pool will depend not on the number of G4G tokens introduced to the market; but on the number of funds planned to be obtained – necessary for the development of innovative projects. Thus, in a situation where the sale of a smaller number of G4G tokens will obtain the planned amount, it will be tantamount to closing the pool. Moreover, all G4G tokens planned for introduction to the market; that will not be introduced to the market until 2035; will be burned. At the same time, the regulations for introducing G4G tokens to the market do not allow for a one-time purchase of G4G tokens for an amount lower than USD 11,4 (100 tokens).
